The pesto and feta Detroit style slice. The crust is great, it was very cheesy but it was missing the feta (melted?).

Crisp, bubbly, yeasty crust. Hyper umami tomato sauce that almost gets soy saucy. I’ll have to try the ricotta again on a fresh pie because it was a bit grainy.
