The Pizza Slice

Good brick oven pizza. Good crispy crust.

Not a true indication of their best work. It was an old slice off the heat lamp. Overpriced and pretty stiff. Greasy. The flavor was hard to distinguish because the crust was pure cardboard and I was trying hard not to let any grease droplets land on my shirt. Always a rusk when buying a slice on a slow day.

Soft crust. Very strong cheese flavor. Maybe a more potent marina would balance the cheese flavor
