Had to update my previous review on this “Pizza Stop”. I’m pretty sure the guy working tonight must be the owner. He knows how to talk to people. The way he greeted everyone that walked in the door must be super hard on the days where you don’t feel like making pizza. Maybe he loves what he does… If so, i’m envious. How nice would it be to actually LOVE your job?
Anyway, the last time i was here, somebody else was working, and the pizza wasn’t near as good as it was this time. The plain round pie slice i had was fantastic. So loght, airy, super crispy with every bite. They didnt overload it with sauce and cheese. It stuck straight out, no flop, just like i did on prom night. The square was tasty, nice crisp, sauce was okay. I would have to say, if there is one place they could improve, i’d say the sauce needs to be a little less paste-like. Maybe a fresh pizza wouldn’t be that way. Still a phenomenal couple of slices for the area. The service was top notch. Thanks Pizza Stop.
