The pizza is amazing but I'm here to talk about the crust. The crust on this pizza is all world! After having a few slices, I started running around Pleasant Cafe stealing everyone's crust off their tables. I couldn't get enough! Light, crispy, crunchy. The staff started calling me "The Crust muncher."

The best around! Grew up eating this pizza and it is always consistent. Sweet sauce, thin crispy crust and best cheese blend. Voted best of Boston rightfully so.

If I could give it a 1368948 out of 10 I would. Nothing more to say.

Had high hopes, this pizza didn’t come in as high as expected, very basic with excellent sauce (on the sweet side), good cheese and a crust that is light crunchy and slightly airy in all the right places, doesn’t quite belong in the upper echelon, and that’s a review.

...best in Boston, and it’s in Roslindale, not West Roxbury. One bite...everyone knows the rules.

The BEST thin crust in the world. The Pleasant possesses some of the grumpiest old waitresses known to man and I don’t know if they’ve ever updated the inside restaurant; but guess what? They don’t fucking have to, cuz the pizza is that good. Pres you’re a fool for not reviewing this place, as anyone from the area knows it’s the GOAT

First time here, first pizza review, and first impression looks great. Minimal Flop a touch on the greasy side but a nice sauce to cheese ratio going on here. Thin pizza crispy crust nice price... I mean this is a quality pizza. A solid 9.1 this is a hard one to top. Im new to the pizza reviewing but I know a good pie when I see one. Worth the drive, and thats a review.

As far as gold medal, 100-yard dash cheese pizza goes, it’s tough to find a slice better that the pleasant. Minimal Roslindale flop. Perfect cheese to sauce to crust ratio. Excellent little crisp. Cooked out of a behemoth of an oven that has probably been around since the place opened in the 30’s. Unbelievable deal at $10.75 a pie.

One bite everyone knows the rules... Listen el pres is a coward in my opinion he says his heart is always with Boston but yet has not reviewed Boston’s best pizza here at pleasant cafe in Roslindale. This guy gave the horrific Town Spa in Stoughton one of the highest scores so I’m not surprised he hasn’t reviewed this place. I digress. The pizza is almost flawless. From the flop (little not none), to the authentic light sauce, to the perfectly spread cheese. The crust is crunchy and smooth. I drive 45 minutes each way every Friday to get this pizza. Nothing even compares to it. Message to el pres...get off you NY ass and get to Pleasant Cafe and review this place. 9.2
