Pizza Review
I came in and ordered a regular large cheese pie...zero expectations. The young guys behind the counter were hospitable and patient while taking my order. The pie came out about 14 minutes later. They make the pie in a brick oven and as a result, the first bite was pure ecstasy. You can tell that my Pizza Chef enjoys his job as it comes out in the pizza. The sauce was a rustic tomato with a bit of a tart taste and the cheese melted perfect, with a perfect light salt after taste. Very little flop with the pizza and is cooked perfect under it. 8.6 and it’s hard to take just ‘one bite’; I’ll be back again soon!
