The Post - Germantown

Generous size for money. The undercarriage was crisp. Dough was ok. Sauce was a little sweet. Low score is the amount cheese. It overwhelmed everything else. It made the slice heavy and the pizza collapsed when picking it up. Pepperoni was too sporadic. I had 3 bites with pepperoni , that equals not enough pepperoni or not placed with thoughtfulness.

Super thin. Right in my wheelhouse. Added some red pepper and this was fire. Dang good slices and big too.

On of my favorite pizza places in the area. Closest thing to a New York slice.

Had the cheese/sausage. Solid pizza. Phenomenal crust, cheese and sauce. Sausage good and spicy. Great patio and beer selection. Service was fantastic. Try the beer cheese and breadsticks for sure!

Unlike Portnoy, the service I received tonight was pretty great. Friendly staff and attentive. The pizza itself was mediocre, though - found it a tad too salty. I almost wish I had ordered a fresh pie rather than the reheated giant slice. Bonus non-pizza review: I was also underwhelmed by the beer cheese appetizer - maybe I was expecting a creamier texture, but it was more like a harder paste. The flavor was solid with a bit of a kick.

Dough is no good, probably why the flop is so significant. No crunch. Sauce is fine. Cheese ain’t it either. Seems cheap. Not bad, not good. Tough this is probably the best the city has to offer.

Post take 2, extra crispy option.. easily raises the pie a few percentage points. Great crisp, no flop, tastes great. Definitely worth trying again if you didn’t like it before.

Got Dill pickle pizza. Really tasty and had good crunch.

Complete slice all around. Good crunch, great sauce to cheese ratio, bursting with flavor, and not to greasy. Best pizza in Kentucky so far.

Got a slice in between daughters travel basketball games. Good value for a big slice ($4 a slice) and it was quite tasty. It was floppy and a little drippy but again the taste was good. This place reminds a little of Goodfellas (Indy pizza). Maybe a poor man’s version but it’s still very good. Now about the service, it was kind of nonchalant and not very expedient for 2 PM and not as many customers in house. I would figure after El Prez put them on blast that it would have been a little better. I would definitely eat here again for value and taste.

Just got a small pie to go. Looks like the dough is a bit thicker than the slices I saw while there. Underdone but good flavor. Cheese and sauce are standard. Service was good, I was in and out in 20 minutes while having a cocktail. Pretty average pie for Louisville, better than some other local spots. Ignore Pageview’s review. I hate poor service as much as anyone and cut off spots regularly, but things happen.

Even though I've had some better pizza in Chicago. This is my favorite in the Louisville. Caesar salad, breadsticks and their pizza is great! And don't forget to drink as many Coors banquets on tap as you can!

Little on the greasy side, good crust, pretty solid sauce. Not bad!
