Ordered an item off one of their old menus, they accommodated me despite not being a menu item anymore. Ordered the chemistry pie (well done since I don’t like Neapolitan-eque fluffy crust). Has fior di latte, pecorino, fontina, provolone, and basil. Sauce seems like pure tomatoes, not much flavor, but the smoky coal fired crust was CRISPY, charred, and DELICIOUS. Super high quality cheese blend and undercarriage. One of the tastier Neapolitan-esque pies I’ve had.
