This pie was amazing, one of the best in Clovis for sure, I'd put Dough on it! I originally gave it a 8.2 but later changed my score up after trying a few more slices(rule are made to be broken)and my daughters rating of a 9.0, so I thought an 8.5 was rather suited. This dough was fresh made! It had folds and bends on the under carriage that had a bit of what looked like flour that left dust on your fingers.(I love it) Good tang in the sauce with a hint of oregano 🤏👏👌 . The cheese stuck to the pie and it was what I look for, a one cheese, mozzarella pie. Not to heavy, i could've eaten the whole pie and felt great, but my daughter loves cheese pie and I'm a great dad so whatever. EIGHT FIVE!!!!! Thats the review, you heard it here first!
