The Ridge Grill

They say they make the dough the day before and let it proof for 24 hours but I don’t buy it. Maybe the recipe is off. Mozzarella is generic and not fresh. It’s an olive oil base but a good tomato sauce would have gone a long way.

Picked up a little late so wasn't as hot. Tasted really good though. Score is for the taste, undercarriage, and a little extra if I were to get it straight from the oven.
