Best pizza in SCV. Ask them to leave the pizza in the oven longer for the crisp. 72 hour fermentation on the crust. Light and crispy..

Good flavor and undercarriage. Little to much cheese which also leads to it being more greasy than I’d like. Needs 2-3 more minutes in the oven to get the right crisp. Still a solid option for SCV

Very solid pie. Pretty greasy, but surprisingly light. The crust was very good. Good crisp on the undercarriage. Overall, very solid.

Not a lot of flop, little greasy, good balance cheese to sauce with salty to sweet, dough could be crispier but good ends. A good game day & drinking pizza.
