Wood fired is a good start. Crust is fabulous. Toppings are excellent as well. Sauce is the only thing keeping this pie in the low 7s. A refrigerator Perry 7.2 is a good score and my highest on in the Denver area so far.

The crust was crispy but the sauce was too sweet for me. Still a good cheese pizza.
