Eye test- neutral Execution- excellent Ratio- perfect Cheese- no funk. Fresh and delicious Sauce- only challenge is it’s void of spice or sweetness. It’s the weak link, but as a whole it completes an above average slice. Dough- crunchy and delicious. Alone, with no sauce or cheese, it’s quite nice Dvorak, after writing his cello concerto said, “I hope people will remember this.” We’ll Chicago, as much as I love making fun of you, this is rock solid. I’d eat this any day. Not that I tried any, but the variety looks great. I’d suggest trying a few slices Congrats. A joint in Chicago that isn’t a fail bomb
