The Margherita Great pie. Some of the better I’ve had locally. The crust is perfect, on the more done side which I prefer. Quality Mozzarella too which makes a big difference. The sauce is decent, I prefer a bit more robust sauce but it’s still pretty good. I personally can’t go over 8 on this but I would definitely recommend to others. Look forward to trying other pies here to see what they’re all about. 7.8. Now if you’ll excuse One Bite everyone knows the rules, I need a cold beverage and a lounge chair. Cheers.
