Pizza Review
The pizza is very good, some in the best in St. louis. It’s a New York Style Pizza which I’m extremely fond of and everything from the crust to the sauce is great. The crust it crunchy, but not to the pint where it’s a bad crunchy. The inside is also a little soft so it has a nice texture and with some sea salt and olive oil, its tastes delicious. Now into the actual pizza, it’s a little thin, could use a little more sauce, but other than that it’s great. It doesn’t use provel like Imos which tastes like it was straight out of a lab. This pizza tastes like it has homegrown tomatoes, fresh basil right from a garden, and dough that has some of the best flavor and texture ever. Totally recommend.
