“The best pizza around“, Ryan said. Absolutely the best dough/crust I’ve had in a long time. Not sure if it’s the ingredients or how they cook it, or perhaps it was the Parmesan crust, but every bite had the perfect amount of crunch to it. While the sauce wasn’t as sweet as I prefer, it worked well with the mozzarella they use and of course the bacon and meatballs. Oh, and did I mention the assortment of craft beers on tap? What are the odds I’d find a [DowningtownPA] Victory summer ale on tap in an upstateNY-style pizzeria in a town 40 minutes north of CharlotteNC??!! (Probably helped the score a little). Worth the drive/Lyft/Uber if you’re ever in Charlotte.

Came in expecting nothing special, great slice, not much flop , not very greasy but the fuckin crust was incredible I’m talkin parmesan and garlic on it, a true tastebud ass whooping.
