Could’ve used a bit longer in the oven I would say, decent bit of flop not much char. Would not say it was “well done” as advertised. I also was there at first open and probably one of the first 5-10 pizzas of the day. Crust was good and light, sauce was simple and cheese was a classic grande mozz. Besides the flop not a bad pie
