Perfect football/game/party pizza. NY thin crust style, thinner than other similar pies in area, light crisp on chewy crust, lots of flop, fresh tomato sauce is well balanced not too sweet or tangy, they go light on the cheese, bake it just enough so it doesn’t get greasy and maintains fresh cheese flavor, nice addition of dried herbs and drizzle of olive oil adds flavor, a solid pie and great value, $15 for a large cheese as of 3/21. Ordered via slice.
