The dough is under cooked. That was the first flavor I tasted. Gave it a chewy taste. See pic…
Sauce was good, really good. I like that there are actual small chunks of tomato in the sauce. Well done, you, well done.
This would be a very good medium size pie, moderate flop and good pizza fold. Not dripping with grease, not overly cheesy, just right. In fact, the saltiness of the cheese was spot on! And did I mention the sauce?!
What a good pie, just the dough was underdone. The crust is the finish and this one missed the mark. Perhaps a slightly thinner dough would have a better finish.
