First things first - Service here was excellent! That goes a long long way to helping a good score. See Bonus points scale below… The dough is under cooked. That was the first flavor I tasted. Gave it a chewy taste. See pic… Sauce was good, really good. I like that there are actual small chunks of tomato in the sauce. Well done, you, well done. This would be a very good medium size pie, moderate flop and good pizza fold. Not dripping with grease, not overly cheesy, just right. In fact, the saltiness of the cheese was spot on! And did I mention the sauce?! What a good pie, just the dough was underdone. The crust is the finish and this one missed the mark. Perhaps a slightly thinner dough would have a better finish. My Scoring System: * Always a large cheese pizza * Always made to order * Always eaten at the establishment * Always eaten while fresh and hot > 9.0 = Travel out of state or 4+ hours for the pizza. Very good pizza. > 6.0 = If you’re already there then you go for it. It’s not a bad pie but you’re not going out of your way for it. < 5.9 = Worsening levels of MEH. Gas station heat lamp to school lunch lady pizza. You’ll feel the dead weight in you. Hard pass (pun intended). Little to no flavor. Little to no sauce. As you can see in the photo the person that made the pizza didn’t care very much about evening out the toppings. This was my first it will be my last visit. Low quality in overpriced.

The large Commish. (Pepperoni, sausage) Tangy sauce. Cheesy. Meats taste good. Not a thin crust, but doesn't feel very heavy. Pretty good. I could roll with it. #RookieScore

Good pizza, crust was a little thick.

Thicker than I expected for brick oven style, but pretty good all around. Good ratios. Great flavor in the dough and crust.

Okay pizza no crisp

Chicken bacon ranch….not bad. Others in our party got red sauce pizza and said sauce was like spaghetti sauce

The sauce is likely Prego. Crust tasted fresh. No need to return.

Step up from bar pizza. Good sauce, floury crust. Could have used more sauce.

Personal Size Cheese Pie - 14.99. This really is an amazing pizza. Every ingredient is homemade. Cheese is delicious, crust is crunchy, sauce has a tomato tango to it. And I think they’re getting extra points for the environment. Great patio or you can eat inside the train. Check it out.

Alright, Maggie. Really good crust. Good football style pizza

Great local spot, service is always good. The pizza for me has a heavy dough and is filling! It’s a mix between football pizza and fancy pizza. And personally you shouldn’t mix the two... we had the standard cheese, which was a little greasy, thankfully the crunchy crust helped the taste. The photo is of the Margarita pizza, which I would personally get again and say is better. Cheese is a 6.2 Margarita I’d rate a 6.7
