Three Brothers Italian Restaurant - Laurel

The sauce was good, a lot of flop and weight to the pie making it doughier. Heavy in the cheese too. I think it could use some more time in the oven.

Decent flop. Good flavor on the cheese, not too much grease. The sauce could use a bit more tang, and the crust is a bit doughy. Solid slice if you are in the area, not worth a long drive if you are not.

Good flop, a bit too greasy, could be cheesier and the sauce could use an extra kick of spice
