Three Joes Sourdough Pizza

Really good Neapolitan pepperoni. Asked them to give it some extra time to crisp up. Zero flop, good crisp, strong wood fired char going on.

Lovely Neapolitan style sourdough pizza. Great undercarriage and minimal flop. An easy 8.2 on the UK scale - best in fareham.

Wood fired with home made dough using Caputo. Nice sauce with San Marzanos as a base. The “Meat Up” was good but the chicken and Serrano ham was over cooked and dry. The child’s Pizza was great.
