Alright Frankie… very thin pizza here. Cracker like. It’s interesting when you bite in to a piece, because the undercarriage doesn’t have a crunch like you’d expect, but the crust is real crispy and crunchy. The cheese is an average blend with a little grease, but some pizzas this thin tend to have too much cheese. This one doesn’t seem to be over loaded with cheese. Really, the only main flavor I get is from the cheese. The crust and sauce both are bland and don’t really stand out for flavor. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of sauce on it, but what sauce is there is very light and is somewhat sweet. Again, the difference between the undercarriage and the crust when you bite it is crazy! If it sat in the oven for longer and got crisped up nicer, it would tickle with the 7’s. With that being said, still a decent pizza!
