(Plain cheese) Thin, chewy/doughy crust…all-flop undercarriage…tasty sauce and balanced amount of cheese. Good but forgettable.

Best pizza I’ve had by far in California. Owner was friendly and helpful. Fermented 3 day dough, sauce from scratch. Thin, crunchy, with some flop. Trying the cheese and margarita pizza next time. This one is the bixby butcher.
