Decided to check out this cozy little spot in McKeesport of all places. This place has been serving Italian dishes for over 60 years! That being said I was disappointed in the pizza. I took a picture of the whole pizza, but for some reason it got deleted, so here’s a picture of half! The pizza tastes like they put a bunch of pizza sauce and cheese on top of a buttered loaf of bread. Like seriously the most flavor coming from the pizza was the buttery crust. Not that a buttery crust is a bad thing, but when it overpowers the sauce and cheese, then it’s a problem. There was no crisp at all in the pizza so it seriously did feel like I was eating a loaf of bread. All in all I had a great experience at this restaurant, but the pizza leaves more to be desired. My OCD is kicking in so bad, because I didn’t get a picture of the full pie lol.
