Timber Pizza - Petworth

Presentation is an A+, looks the part of a great pizza! Really tasty cheese, but wish there was a bit more sauce to balance. The dough was delicious, but would have preferred a tad more crispiness.

Solid pizza through and through. Good dough, pepperoni, sauce. Basil goes well with it

Very much worth trying. Pepperoni was a little better than the cheese. Legit oven. Ask for well otherwise just a little shy on the cook.

The Bentley. This is what pizza should be, phenomenal. The wood fire on this pizza was perfect.

I think the simplicity of this pie is what really makes it great. Solid crust, good cheese and overall good flavor.

It’s a Neopoltan style dough cooked in a wood fired oven. Not very crisp, but the pizza is delicious. Definitely date night pizza

Their cheese pizza comes with feta and mozzarella. A different taste than I’m used to but it’s quite pleasant. The crust is very soft. Some char to it but no crunch. Not usually a fan of Neapolitan style but I can get behind this (but not too often). Quality ingredients so has that fresh, taste. Something is just off with the dough

The charm of a small Neapolitan pizzeria, but at a big city farmer's market. What's not to love! Solid slice with great crust. Cheese needs a bit more zip and chew, but ideal quick stop.

Great tasting pizza. The charr in the crust is delicious, cheese is amazing. Get the empanadas if you go there also

The one thing holding this back from the 8s is the tomato sauce. It was flavorful but lacked the hint of sweetness that I need. Otherwise the cheese was great and the crust had a fine char. It comes out quite molten from the oven but settles nicely after a couple minutes.

Little more cooking time needed for this pepperoni pie. Surprised to see no flop! Gotta be the best pizza food truck in the DMV. Phenomenal crust.

I like the spot, good cheese, and a semi smoky flavor on crust. Otherwise, underwhelming. Doughy, no tang, and FLOP. Meh
