Good pizza. A little too much flop for my taste but the crust had a good crunch. Cookie was better than the pizza

Flop, no undercarriage, and bland. Unfortunately had high hopes with how everyone talks it up, pretty much a let down. Not enough sauce and no flavor. Dough was very doughy. Overall not too impressed.

Undercarriage had a nice char. Piece is so huge that the flop brings the score down. Good slice and crust was good as well. Solid slice Dave. Now for the 9.2 cookie!

Not impressed Dave. Something has changed maybe. No crisp on a slice. Undercarriage cooked unevenly and the taste is an all inspiring “eh”. I regret getting 2 slices. Shame

Cheese got the perfect temp, calm sweetness to the sauce. Needed to crisp up the crust just a tad.

Holy flop but the size of the slice is impressive. Biggest slice in town. With a quick New York/New Haven fold you can take the perfect bite. Floopy but crispy crust. Plain cheese was super good. Pepperoni was greasy but delicious. Good crust, enough crisp and enough soft dough. Could be the best in town. First bite of the cookie I was thinking it was too crunchy and then a few more bits in its perfectly soft. Great cookie. Portnoy nailed it, 9.1 Could be a mad house. It’s tough to get a table inside. Also take the foil off as soon as you get it to avoid your slice from getting soggy from the steam.
