Eye test-fine Ratio- dough just a bit too thick Sauce- hard pressed to find anything special. Very plain. No sweet. No spice. Cheese- does the job. Nothing launches this into the land of special. Dough- actually tastes pretty good. Reasonable crunch Execution- with the too thick dough and generic taste, it’s average. That being said, although not travel worthy, for the neighborhood it’s fine. Wynton Marsalis said, “I’ve never once had a performance I felt good about.” I feel pretty good saying this is standard football pie
