It's Ok. Supposedly healthier than normal pizza. Could have used more sauce and a longer cooking time.

Organic and gluten free type pizza. It is the perfect pizza for lunch since it is easy on the gut. This is the eggplant parma. Not ideal for a Sunday football pizza.
