Tito's Italian Grill & Wine Shop

Tito's has been hit or miss lately, pizza was not up to the usual quality this time though. The sauce was heavy in the pie center and lacking elsewhere. A lot of flop - it was an undercooked pie - no undercarriage and absolutely no char in sight. Tasted like football pizza - I wanted to put it in the 7s but it's hitting at a 5.1.
