Tito's La Casa

Solid margherita pizza. Really tasty sauce. Good crisp. I would have preferred more sauce. I’m more accustomed to the margherita that has sauce spread evenly with mozzarella melted here and there, which I prefer. This pizza is the opposite. I have no idea if one is more authentic than the other. Overall, this is worth a drive if you live in Acadiana.
