Tivoli Pizza and Trattoria

typical football pizza; has the NY flop, the right amount of crispness, solid cheese/sauce ratio and a good crunch. i will say the sauce could use more flavor. but you won’t be disappointed in a tivoli pie 👍🏼

Zero flop in this pie. Even the center is crispy and light. Very good fresh tasting sauce, not overpowering. Cheese to sauce to crust ratio...perfect. Crust is not thin crust but closer to that than most pies around here. I generally don't do just straight cheese but in the spirit of this app that's what I got. This is very good pizza. Don't let it's strip mall location fool you, this is some of the best pie Ive had.

Medium Cheese pizza, 1:15pm on a Thursday, $12.88 Pros: Spot on sauce to cheese ratio, fantastic cook to the undercarriage with a nice bit of crisp, nice robust sauce flavor found in the coastline, good crunchy crust which is well browned Cons: Medium pie feels like a small but it's not much doughier than a large. Verdict: Very tasty football pizza, one of the best spots in town to order a pie from. This is a re-do review as I previously scored a slice that wasn't as fresh. I wanted to give a second chance to one of my favorites in town.

Solid slice just missing some flavor/tang

No flop. Thin and crispy. Dough is nice, great texture and flavor, but the cheese is not very good, sort of bland. It’s okay. Good Football pie but Pepe’s is down the road and kills this.

It’s pizza of course it’s good

Very solid pie here. A lot of New York flop but the crust was pretty soft and had good crunch. Not something you’d wanna drive an hour away for, but if you’re close by, you can’t go wrong with this piece of football pizza. Tivoli’s Pizza, 7.8. that’s a review
