TJ's Pizza

Standard neighborhood pie: decent undercarriage and cooked well, but there’s not much that stands out with its flavor.

Even though I was quite skeptical after reading the reviews, my initial theory proved correct. While the pizza looked rather ordinary (I'd give it a 6.8 visually), since we were already in the neighborhood, we decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, the cheese was a bit oily, the tomato sauce tasted very standard, and although the crust was cooked properly, the dough itself lacked flavor.

When I walked inside of TJ’s I came in with low expectations and I left with my expectations blown out of the room, the quality of the pizza is worthy of the title of the “best pizza in Asbury” not only are the workers are kind and hardworking, place has been here for 42 years!!!!!! Still has been under appreciated not enough is talked bout this place, the sauce is great the cheese is great the Crispness of the crust, I would never ever recommend any pizza but TJ’s, and I will die on that statement💯💯💯💯

Best Pizza in Asbury Park! Tony and His Team Are Awesome! TJ’s Pizza is hands down the best pizza spot in Asbury Park that I’ve ever even tried. The food is always fresh, delicious, and made with care. The crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce has amazing flavor, and the cheese is always melted just right. Whether you like regular toppings or want to try something different, everything on the menu is very delicious. But what really makes TJ’s special is Tony, the owner. He’s one of the friendliest and most hard working people you’ll ever meet. You can tell he cares about his customers and puts a lot of love into the food. Every time I go, he and his team make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. Besides pizza, they have awesome pasta, subs, and salads, and everything is made with fresh ingredients. The prices are also really fair for how good the food is. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or ordering a big meal, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re in Asbury Park, TJ’s Pizza is a must try! Huge thanks to Tony and his team for always making the best food and providing amazing service. 5 stars all the way!

Best place to order and they have the best customer service. My man Tony is nice and funny. I recommend eating here if u want great pizza!!!

Best cheese steak pizza I’ve ever had

No flop, crispy crust and bottom. A tangier sauce and a decent amount of cheese. A few blocks from the beach, but it’s a decent slice.
