Thin, light, not greasy, good under carriage, the sauce is unique and kind of pops. I misread the name and it’s actually one of those places where they make the pizza and you take it home and bake it yourself. But the guy baked it there for me bc I was staying in a hotel nearby. While I waited people streamed in picking up uncooked pizzas. It’s off the beaten path somewhat. Turned out great the family loved it. Definitely the best pizza I’ve had on the island so far, with local pie being a close second place.
