TJ's Woodfire Pizza

First time trying a neopolitan pizza, wasn’t a fan. It was one of their specialty pizzas so i wanted to try it; ill do another review with a different pizza

Always a great stop. Grabbed the Fig & Leaf Neapolitan style. Great leoparding on the crust - lot's of flavor in the dough.

Great pizza. Cooked excellently, tasted amazing, very light, not something you feel gross for eating. Very satisfied with this pie. 8.1, that's a review

First time having Chicago thin crust. Really enjoyed it! Great crisp and flavor.

Great crunch, good undercarriage, zero flop. Very fresh ingredients. Very good

18 inch NY style Margherita. Sauce was on the sweeter side but tasty. Dough was good but there was a decent amount of flop. Could be because we ordered delivery. Overall solid pie

It’s wood fired so it gets the instant bump. Overall the flavor was good, the crust had a great taste but was a bit under cooked and had a huge amount of flop. You need two hands to eat a slice. Sauce was a bit bland. I would give it another shot, I feel like it could be better and maybe we got an off pie.

Very solid pizza in a great location. Love word fire pizza and margaritas. I have an east coast bias. Solid pizza.

Decent tang. Undercarriage non existent. Wouldn’t drive out of my way for this but stop by if you’re in the area.

Crust is essentially not edible due to to the level they burnt it, which is also odd how the onions and olives are not cooked at all since the pizza has clearly been left in the oven too long. Would not survive in New York but can get away with mediocrity in California

Gotta eat it when its right out if the oven but overall good quality-sauce has good tang and the undercarrige had good char 1 bite everyone knows the rules

We got the NY style crust. It was good. The sauce is a little herby which is cool and unique. We love their pizza truck too!

Very good pizza last time i had the Brooklyn and it was crispy with no flop (8.2)This one had a lot of flop and was undercooked.

This is the Chicago Thin Crust. Not a cracker crust like Chicago. Dough was still good. Didn’t love the sauce. Tasted like tomato paste.

The pizza was mediocre. Great for a late night sesh but not for a nice dinner pizza.
