Under cooked. Avoided the 4’s with good pepperoni

For Buffalo style pizza it’s not half bad. Not much flop and not too greasy. Cheese is all burnt but Buffalonians seem to love that.

Doughy, crisp crust though. Good amount of sauce and cheese ratio. Could definitely use more crisp less dough. Decent pie.

The review before me said it was undercooked, he was right. There was some crispness that was contributed by the reheat but the cheese was not good and there was too much of it (why isn’t it cooked on top)? The sauce had glimmers of hope but overall was quite bland. These are the slices you eat a few bites of and it’s enough.
