Toby's Original Little Italy Pizza

Alright Frankie...Toby’s Little Italy. Neat spot in a strip mall and much bigger place than expected from the parking lot. Back room styled like NYC...good, pizza shop...but the pie didn’t hold up as much as I’d like. Football pizza that they go very heavy on the cheese, despite not asking for it. Typically a good thing, but in this case it really overpowered the sauce and dough and made it overly greasy. The crust was solid with good crunch and the pepperoni was spicy and tasty. But too much of a good thing (cheese) didn’t allow it to mesh together to break the 8’s...
