Tomaso's Pizza

Detroit style. Crispy edges. I like the amount of sauce. Sauce doesn’t have extra seasoning they let the tomato do the talking. Pretty good.

Slightly charred crust beneath a soft, fluffy, top surface. The tomato sauce was portioned good in comparison with the cheese, but was slightly bland and could use some zing. The pizza had a slight “flop” but nothing overwhelming. The crust was almost perfectly baked with a small crunch, but could probably use a little more garlic or flavor. The service was great. They did not let the pizza bake in the box while they waited for me to come pick it up.

Sauce tastes canned, I’m guessing it’s Hunt’s. Crust and cheese good
