Very thin and fairly crispy but entirely too dry. The severe lack of sauce makes it feel like it’s just melted cheese on dough. The cheese is also not great, very average. A little too much grease and not much flavor. The dough and crust are very good, they just need to work on the sauce and cheese aspects that actually make this a pizza. A lot of room for improvement here.
