I have been trying to be very consistent with the way I like pizza. For that reason, I tend to ask for the pizza to be cooked “well done”. This pizza came out amazing. The crust was crispy with a nice charring to it, along with the undercarriage. The rest of the pizza had a very satisfying bite. The sauce tasted fresh and not too overwhelming. The pizza had just the right amount of cheese. For a pizza right in the heart of New Orleans, I was impressed. Bravo! 👊🏻

Margarita pizza probably the best I've ever had. In NOLA for wedding anniversary ate here twice in 4 days loved it and will be back.

It’s just not great. You gave the oven, why not make a great pizza???? Sometimes I wonder what’s the thought process?

Real coal fired pizza. Good crisp, not much flop. Lots of grease. Not a bad pizza
