Tough one here, barely any sauce, crust was over cooked, probably a soft 4. When paying the owner pulled a cloth off of a jar that read ‘ We Knead the Dough’. 3.2 because of that.

Very good pie. No flop, crust has the right amount of air bubbles. Got bacon and green pepper toppings, both are cooked very nicely. Shout out Tommy
