Artisan pizza but it just taste really good. Great crisp and char, zero flop, hot, good flavor. It was an excellent version of what it was.

A smaller, more thin pie. However, This is not your typical pizza from a pizzaria. The sauce was certainly on the tangy side. There was not much cheese or oil, but it was crispy all over with no flop. I am bias because I am a regular pizza guy, not a bar pie guy.
