Even though I’m told these pies are made fresh on-site daily, this tastes like pre-made frozen corporate cookie-cutter pizza. The dough is sponge-like and more stale than crispy, kind of rubbery as well. There isn’t much grease at all, if any, which is good but there is hardly any sauce either, just splotches of crushed red tomatoes. Without much lubricant, this is a “Sahara Pie,” extremely dry and without moisture. The cheese is hard & too rigid with no ooze or melty flow whatsoever. The shredded basil is more for decoration than flavor. This seems like a nice place to have a few beers and watch sports but stay away from the pizza; it’s not their strong suit.
