Excellent char flavor from coal fired oven. Good crisp and tang. Overall a very tasty and enjoyable pizza.

Ordered the Tommy Classic - which is coal-fired pizza. The flavor is solid with the sauce, mozzarella, basil, and olive oil. The sauce could have a little more tanginess.
