General chicken specialty. One of the best pizzas I've ever tasted.

I’m not a huge fan of gimmick pies, but if you’re looking for some truly crazy concoctions, this joint has a wide variety of “Stoner’s Pizzas” with some of the most unique toppings you’ll ever see on a pie. I’m rating solely based on their plain cheese pizza but I’m sure some of these specialty pies are delicious. The regular slice is kind of thickish, pretty nice crisp, decent flavored dough, very good crispy crust. The sauce isn’t anything special, not bad by any means but I expected a little more flavor. Lots of thick & stringy cheese throughout the pie, a little too extra cheesy to be honest, feels like I’m chewing bubble gum. Overall, it’s an average pie; I would probably try a specialty slice instead if you find yourself here. The regular cheese is basically “Drunk Pizza.” You can find plenty of better cheese slices in Hoboken.

Ok, so ordering a full pie is the way to go. Drastically different from getting a slice in person, and much better. Ordered it well done. Nice and crispy! Good chewy crust and nice sauce consistency.

Ok, not sure why but my other review for this place got deleted. Anyway, the taco slice is what theyre famous for so I pictured that. I’d say 7.7 for their plain slice & taco slice respectively though. And boy, was the latter a project eating.

Bit greasy and soggy at the tip, likely due to sheer size, but overall good taste. Curious to know why ham toppings aren’t offered at this establishment?

How can one truly rate Tony Boloney’s? Sure you’re supposed to go for the “cheese” slice on One Bite but getting a cheese slice at Tony’s is like going to Ben and Jerry’s and getting just plain vanilla. Slices here range from a 0.2 to a 8.3 I would say, depending what you get. The burrata vodka (too lazy to look up the real name) is one of the better choices and it should be for $7 a slice. 7.3

Solid slice. But definitely made for the drunk dude at night. Not bad though.

Tony B’s is awesome for the specialty pies and sandwiches but keeping in tradition and scoring by the Cheese slice, it’s not bad but by no means great.

Regular slice so so but great speciality slices of all kinds. Taco pizza is heavy but good!

Had to cheat a little on this review since they screwed up my order. No gold medal cheese slice (gave me buffalo chicken by accident) but Tony Boloney’s (affectionately referred to as Freddy Spaghetti’s by some out of town era) is all about the wild slices anyways. Had the Winger and General Khan. Both phenomenal, ton of flavor. Thin and crispy but the crust on one of the slices was overdone. The cheese may be average but these kinds of slices at Tony’s are among the best in the ‘Boken.
