Good Pie!! Decent crisp. Good sauce. Will def go back.

Very heavy on the cheese. Luckily generous on the sauce as well. The sauce is zesty and brings up the score for me. Less cheese and it would be an easy 7.2. But if you like cheese you’re good.

Undercarriage was white, lots of flop, but flavor of sauce and cheese was spot on. No grease pool in the middle either. If you need pizza this checks the box. It’s almost a NY slice, but still needs some work

Still a solid pizza despite the flop. Sauce kept trying to fall off. Sauce has great flavor and cheese tasted very fresh. Would definitely get again but the pizza is more filling per slice than I prefer.

Updated to an 8.0 because as the pizza cooled down a bit it was more put together.

Two different slices. One Sicilian Pepperoni and the other meatball. The pepperoni is very greasy. The crust was crispy and pretty decent. The meatball slice was crispy as well. Had some. Good flavors. This is good pizza but not at the top of the list. I’d eat it again.

Great pizza even with all the toppings not greasy.

This is the one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, hands down best pizza in Jacksonville. It’s great for take out but you have to sit down and try it fresh out the oven 🔥🔥🔥

Authentic NY thin slice with a great crisp. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better option on the south side

I love coming to Joey D’s when I’m in town. Tonight I tried the Philly pizza and it along with the others are great. Crust is good and the cheese has great flavor.

Best slice I’ve had in NE FL. Checked all boxes. Perfect cook, perfect undercarriage, no flop for a decent size slice. great cheese to sauce ratio. Sauce was different but delicious. Crust was perfect… I have this top dog around the Jax area until proven otherwise.

That Grandma slice is the best I’ve ever had. Coming from Jersey it’s hard to find good pizza down in Florida but I’ve found it here. I’ll make the hour drive for this.

One bite. Everybody knows the rules. This pizza wasn’t too heavy. Not greasy. Toppings were phenomenal.

Overall a good pizza. Cheese and toppings were slightly better quality than the usual pizza joint. A little more grease than I like, but definitely not a ridiculous amount. Nothing too crazy here.

They are generous with the sauce here...almost too much actually. The sauce has good flavor though. The crust has a pleasant crunch.
