Tony D's Pizza

The place had a ton of character, an old school joint. As for the pizza, it was a little too oregano heavy for me. But if you are in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate.

OK, here we are in New Jersey. It’s late at night, we’re here for Frankie‘s pitching lesson with uncle Matt. Now it’s not a Friday, so I’m breaking my usual tradition here. But there’s a lot of pizza places, and I’m with my baby girl, so we’re getting a good review in. Let’s get into it. Off the bed. It looks really good. Old-school pizza place. Had a picture of a pizzeria from Brooklyn. So that’s a good sign. Great crunch, zero flop, zero grease, great crisp. Great undercarriage. Good sauce to cheese ratio. Love it very very good. Eat it all day long

I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised by this little pizza joint. They don’t fuckin take card, so I had to run back to my god damn car and get a 20. It had a nice crisp and incredible flop. Definitely not the best pizza around, but quite satisfactory🥰

Regular slices unique taste, average crust, good football pizza 7.3 Bonus Sicilian slice. Crunchy undercarriage, fluffy middle, unique taste, good crust 7.4 When you walk through the door it's like stepping back into the 80s (I loved that)! Super nice people and fast service.

Good crisp you hear a crunch with every bite sweet sauce not greasy . Nice and cheesy

Average pizza. A little greasy, and slighly thicker than I like, but ut tasted pretty good overall.

Phenomenal slice. Mario nailed every aspect of this pizza. Fresh ingredients and love, that's real pizza.

A bit doughy on top, but good crunch on bottom. Very cheesy, needs more sauce.

The crust was done right. Good sauce. Good slice. I was pleasantly surprised. But I am hard to keep happy!

A slice that looks better than it tastes. First impressions got me excited to jump into the slice. Crust is on the thin side with a next-to-nothing flop. A thin layer of grease on the cheese like all good slices have had things looking on the up and up. But, taking that first bite was somewhat disappointing. The cheese is the predominant taste of this slice, drowning out the sauce (and I’m a big sauce guy). And despite the slice looking like it was going to be crunchy as hell, it was overall soggy. That being said, I have had better slices from here in the past, which makes me believe this was a fluke. I’ll definitely be back and recommend you try it out as well.
