To start off, I had a plain and a margarita pizza. The plain was very doughy and felt undercooked. The crust, however, was actually very crispy and good. This was a window piece so the crust was probably due to them reheating it, which would make me scared to get a fresh pie due to how undercooked the rest of the slice was. The cheese has a nice blend of herbs and spices that had a good taste, but again the cheese felt rubbery due to undercooking. Overall not a bad pie, but it could use some extra time in the oven in the first place.
