Tony Sacco's Coal Oven Pizza

Good pizza. A little flop. Slightly greasy. Outer crust has a nice chewy/crisp ratio.

Got the Aloha, not a lot of grease, nice crisp crust was hoping for better oven flavor but over all not bad pie.

One bite everyone knows the rules.. Definitely some pros and cons to this pizza. It’s very greasy but has some good flavor. Average pizza. That’s a review.

Sucked. No crisp. Toppings fell off. Huge stomachache...pizza cooked in a coal oven stove shouldn’t flop like this

Not very crispy for coal fired. But the dough is fresh and sauce is decent.

Needs more herbs and spices. Tasty sauce and solid cheese. Overall, good not great.

Pizza almost too thin. sauce, lots of cheese. Brick over is a huge positive.
