Tony's Famous Tomato Pie

Crunch, thin and crispy. Almost like boardwalk pizza. Very good

Waited over an hour to have this delivered. Received this mess that looks like someone ate half of it. The bonus was ants walking around in the box. Haven’t had their pie in a while and will not be doing it again.

Very good. Crispy. Sauce a little bland, but I would chalk that up to preserving the tomato flavor and not overwhelming it with spices. Recommend!!

TONYS!! These guys get a small boost based on the bartender and the people there..I fuckin love philly and places like this are what people need to experience to love it the way I do. Oh yeah the pie was great as well. Maybe top 5 crusts I’ve ever had. Wish the sauce had a little more zip but over all enjoyed this pie and definitely this place.

Another top spot for us in the northeast - great family vibe, great crunch and sauce on top. Can easily plow through 3 pies with the family. Highly recommend.

No flop, nice sauce, nice amount of toppings, nice crust, would have gave higher score just didn’t like the amount of flour underneath bottom of pie,

Very good pizza. Did the tomato pie with mozzarella. That is the mozzarella first then the sauce. Perfect bar pizza. Almost zero flop and great taste.

I’ve heard good things about Tony’s and being that it’s a Tomato Pie “type” spot... that’s what we went with. It’s a unique style pie...no grease...no flop....and no slices. They’ve got great cheese and pretty good sauce featured here. It’s a cool spot and in the tomato pie world...it’s pretty solid.

Maybe it's bc I grew up on this pizza but it's my favorite.

HIGHLY overrated. Tangy sauce sausage is okay, went with the standard but Philly Mag should be ashamed this is on best of...gave majority to Max, my dog.

Very crispy slice. Could use a little more cheese. Good slice overall. Highly recommend their hot cherry pepper tomato pie.
