Coming from someone who’s had this pizza since they were a baby, I know when this pizza is in tip top shape. Tony knows how to make a solid pie, and this has been a golden staple in this community. It’s crispy, tasty, tangy, and is great to look at. Great leoparding, color, and overall exactly what a good pizza should look like. If somehow they made these pizzas on a brick oven, I think these would go to the high 8s or even hitting a 9.0. Definitely recommend!
