Topper's Brick Oven Pizza

Some flop but nothing crazy. Not too much grease Undercarriage looks nice towards the center but more doughy as you get to the crust. Same thing with the crisp on the bite, good crisp on the end but crust has a doughy chew. Not a lot of flavor in the sauce, a basic tomato and Italian seasoning taste. It's pretty good on a Florida scale but big picture I'm going 6.8
